1. Select your products, View the products you are interested in and click see every detail, composition, and price.

2. Select an item and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

3. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest or member.

4. Choose a delivery method.

5. Select a payment method.

6. Confirm the order.

7. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Can the payment be made right after receive notification email of confirming order created?

After you received an email confirming that order has been created with order number. Products in your order will be reserved. You can make a payment within 3 days after receiving order number. After 3 days if the payment has not been made the system will automatically cancel the order. The product will be reserve to the next customer immediately. If products are out of stock you may have to wait for the next queue.

If the payment has not been made within 3 days, Can I re-order?

Yes, if the products still available and there is no customer on the waiting list

After confirming payment, When the products will be sent?

Normally, products will be sent out 1-2 days after the payment confirmation has been received. Confirm your payment within 5 pm. of the day, the products will send on the next day (Payment Confirmation Deadlines is 5pm. of the day). After the products has been sent your order status will change to Complete, tracking number will be send directly to your email or you can contact our Customer Advisor for tracking number, 1 day after your payment has been confirmed.

How long do I have to wait for the product? Want to get it faster!

If you want the product fast, we recommend you to make a payment and submit the confirmation form before 5 pm of the day. Every order will be sent by ePacket Service, which takes 7-14 working days delivery depending on your region (Asia 7 – 10 days, Europe 10 – 15 days, Africa 12 – 13 days, Oceania 8 – 14 days, North America 12 – 14 days, South America 12 – 14 days)

Remark :

1. The delivery standard is excluded the posting date.

2. Alterations in the delivery period may occur depending on the customs formality process in the destination countries (if any).excluding Sunday, holidays. The product will be sent every day except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

How can I check my product’s delivery status?

You will receive tracking number through email if not you can contact our Customer Advisor for tracking number directly. After received Tracking no. you can check delivery status on Thai post website: international.thailandpost.com

I have been wait for more than 14 working days, the product isn’t arrived yet?

Customer can check the delivery status by tracking no. on Thai post website, if you find that your product is at the origin or terminal post office longer than usual you can contact our customer service

What if the product is lost during the delivery?

In this case, we don’t have ever seen before due to every time there will be number of parcel post that can be followed clearly. But in the case, that parcel post is lost during the way without notice of signature for receiving. We will dispatch goods to the customer again according to the condition of purchasing order and returning of goods.

If I order from website, How can I be sure whether the product quality will be high or low and will it be similar on the website?

Scrubbit provide an extremely carefully check every products before packing and ship to customer to ensure that the products contain high quality and correctly (except force majeure including the damage caused from the delivery, such as staff. PO throwing boxes or placed under the multiple layer), If customers are truly not satisfying with the product quality or any reasons, customers can return or exchange the product under the return and exchange conditions and policy that we have listed in Return and Exchange section.
